The Future Marina, in its final phases of approval, includes 61 luxury boat slips, located within walking distance to the Pearl, and the rest of the city. The future marina will also feature 11 rare 50ft single berth slips allowing maximum privacy and security.

The deep draft future marina will accommodate both sail and power boats and is protected from the current, wind and floating debris. It is minutes from town by water, and the closest Willamette marina to the popular Columbia cruising grounds.

The dock system will consist of modern concrete modular float system, textured decks, dock storage boxes and steel pile. Exclusive parking, near the future marina access will allow oversize vehicles and uncommon access close to the gangway.

Additional amenities include 50 Amp/220v shore power, phone, cable tv, water and wireless internet, and security gates to maximize privacy. The future marina will also be the home of the Multnomah River Patrol Willamette office for an added level of security.

The future marina will include 260lf of temporary side tie dock for marina guests, as well as a public 300lf dock nearby for future marina guests.
